LAON

1. Data We Collect

• Account information (student ID, name, class information)
• Profile information (nickname, avatar image)
• User generated content (messages, suggestions, comments, votes and similar in-app content)
• Device information such as device model, OS version and device tokens for push notifications
• Technical logs (timestamps, error logs and basic usage events) used to keep the service reliable and secure

2. Purpose of Collection

• To provide core LAON features such as notices, chat and polls
• To manage your account and authenticate you securely
• To send push notifications that you opt in to receive
• To keep the service safe, detect abuse and respond to objectionable content reports
• To debug issues and improve app quality

3. Storage and Retention

Your data is stored in a managed database and storage service provided by Supabase. We retain data only as long as necessary to provide the service, comply with school policies and legal obligations, and resolve disputes.

Logs and technical data may be kept for a limited time and then aggregated or deleted.

4. Third Parties

LAON uses Supabase as a data processor to provide database, authentication and file storage services. Supabase processes data on our behalf and does not use your data for their own advertising purposes.

5. Account Deletion

You can request deletion of your account directly from within the app at:

Settings → Account → Delete Account

When you confirm deletion, your account and personal identifiers are removed or anonymized. Certain records that are necessary for safety, abuse prevention or audit (for example, moderation logs) may be kept in an anonymized form that is no longer linked to your identity.

We typically complete account deletion within a short period after your request. If there is an error during deletion, it is logged and reviewed by an administrator.
